Construction of a new wastewater treatment plant facility at Shiprock, NM, including but not limited to, headworks, influent pump station, extended aeration system, blower building, sludge dewatering, admin building, renovation of the crew building, electrical and instrumentation, site civil, yard piping, as well as demolition/abandonment of the existing facilities.
